Client Breifs

  Tuesday 15th November Breifs: A document/request outlining what needs to be produced (the requirements). Types: Formal - A scheduled meeting  between client and prducer. Client outlines their requirements for the product. Written documentation is provided for the meeting strongly the rules and regulations to be followed. The meeting allows detail to be looked at and follow up meetings to be arranged. This can also be done as a video conference. advantages: because he brief is simple and easy to understand it is easier for the production companies to know what they need to do. in the meeting the company can negotiate what they want in the product with  the client. disadvantages: because the brief is not legally bind to the production company it is possible for the client to change there mind and drop the production company or change the task completely. if the product doesnt reach the clients standard they can choose not to pay.   Monday 10th October -Visualisation diagrams are also called concept art. -Its a drawing that shows estimating will look like when created. - Used to plan for still images or products -can be a rough sketch (I must annotate if asked to create a visualisation diagram of asked to create one in exam.) -Annotations must link back to the brief and the target auidence. -You will always be awarded marks for your annotations.
