Type	What job role is needed/what skills do they need?
Pe-production	Production coordinator
	A production coordinator needs filmmaking skills. And needs to have good problem-solving skills, organisation skills, communication skills and needs to understand how to budget for the film.
Production	Lighting Crew
	For this role they would need to understand how lighting works and how the electrical stuff is used while on set. They need to have a strong passion for what they are doing.
Post-production	Music editor
	For this role you would need an understanding of how to edit and how music can affect the way emotions are portrayed in the scene. A good background knowledge in music is necessary as well
