Pre production documents and what they are.

Different pre production documents:
Call sheet
- A call sheet is a sheet with all the information the cast and crew members to know what tie they start and where they need to be for each scene.
Script
-The script is what the actors need to memorise all their lines for each scene. And is all the dialogue in the whole movie or episode.
Storyboard (photo of sketch)
- Helps you visually see the scene before acting it out. Helps the director decide where the camera cuts into a a different angle.
Budget sheet
-Needed to keep the movie in the budget you were given by the production company. The budget is used on things like the equipment needed, props, location and sone other things needed.
Contingency plan (back up plan)
- The backup plan just in case its needed.
Talent release from
- A talent release from is what the actors sign for the production company to be able "use their image".
Production schedule
- A schedule the production follow.
Cast crew / members listed
Props / wardrobe / makeup
Well completed.
